How To Bake Chicken Breast

Ingredients
  • Chicken Breasts - 6
  • Oil - 2Tbsp
  • Garam Masala or Chicken 65 Masala - 1 Tbsp
  • Salt - As needed
  • Paprika - 1/4 Tsp
  • Back pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F./160 C
  2. Take 4 chicken breasts and put them in a large bowl. Pour 4 cups lukewarm water in a separate large cup or bowl and add 1/4 cup salt; stir to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts and set aside for 20 to 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours.
  4. When ready, pour out the brine, then take each chicken piece and rinse under cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
  5. Arrange chicken breasts in a 9×13 baking dish; rub olive oil all over each chicken breast and set aside.
  6. Prepare the seasoning by mixing together salt, fresh ground pepper, paprika and any other spices(cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, dried basil, dried rosemary, and dried parsley).
  7. Rub the seasoning all over each chicken breast.
  8. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray.
  9. Transfer your chicken to the oven and cook  for 22 to 25 minutes
  10. Rest them before you slice or pull them.
