Bread Toast Recipe | Tamil Nadu style (With Egg)
Ingredients
- 4 Slices Bread (or more if you'd like)
- 2 Egg
- 150ml Milk
- 4 Tbsp Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 Tbsp Oil or Butter
- Beat both the eggs until frothy, pale and fluffy
- Add 4 Tbsp sugar and add pinch of salt and whisk it well.
- Finally add Milk little by little, because we don't want the mixture to become watery
- Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture coating on both sides, sort of like patting it into the mixture.
- Heat the pan with couple of drops of oil or a pint of butter. Use nonstick pan for toasting, which would avoid the milky mixture coated on bread from sticking with the pan.
- Add the bread slices and toast it till both sides turn golden brown.
- Gather the slices, garnish them if you'd like and serve them. Toasts are ready!
