Bread Toast Recipe | Tamil Nadu style (With Egg)

Ingredients
  • 4 Slices Bread (or more if you'd like)
  • 2 Egg
  • 150ml Milk
  • 4 Tbsp Sugar
  • Pinch of Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Oil or Butter
Preparation Method
  1. Beat both the eggs until frothy, pale and fluffy
  2. Add 4 Tbsp sugar and add pinch of salt and whisk it well.
  3. Finally add Milk little by little, because we don't want the mixture to become watery
  4. Dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture coating on both sides, sort of like patting it into the mixture.
  5. Heat the pan with couple of drops of oil or a pint of butter. Use nonstick pan for toasting, which would avoid the milky mixture coated on bread from sticking with the pan.
  6. Add the bread slices and toast it till both sides turn golden brown.
  7. Gather the slices, garnish them if you'd like and serve them. Toasts are ready!
