Rava Paniyaram Recipe | Tamil Nadu style (With Egg)

Ingredients
  • 1/2 Cup Rava
  • 1/2 Cup Maida
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Egg
Preparation Method
  1. Soak half a cup of Rava for a minimum of half an hour .
  2. Drain the water and powder half a cup of sugar.
  3. Mix together the Rava from step 1, half cup of maida, pinch of salt, 1 Banana and powdered sugar into a vessel. Add 1 beaten Egg to this so that the batter doesnt get too watery.
  4. Keep it aside for about half an hour.
  5. Heat oil in a pan. Make small balls out of the batter as you put them into the oil, for best result use a curved ladle to drop them in.
  6. Cook on both sides and remove from oil.
Paniyaram is now ready. Best eaten with a glass of Milk!
