Egg Dosa
Ingredients
- Dosa Batter as needed
- Egg - 1 per dosa
- Salt needed
- Pepper powder needed
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Oil for making dosas
Method
- In a bowl, break an egg, add salt, pepper powder and turmeric powder . Beat it well with a spoon or fork.
- Grease a tawa with oil and heat it. Pour a ladle of dosa batter on the tawa and spread it in a circular motion
- After a few seconds, pour the egg mixture on the dosa and spread it all over the dosa with a spoon. Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa.
- When the corners start lifting up, flip it over to the other side and cook for a few seconds.
- Once the egg is cooked, remove the dosa from the tawa and sprinkle pepper powder generously. Enjoy piping hot egg dosa with tomato chutney.
