Egg Dosa


   Ingredients

  • Dosa Batter as needed
  • Egg - 1 per dosa
  • Salt needed
  • Pepper powder needed
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  •  Oil for making dosas
Method
  1. In a bowl, break an egg, add salt, pepper powder and turmeric powder . Beat it well with a spoon or fork.
  2. Grease a tawa with oil and heat it. Pour a ladle of dosa batter on the tawa and spread it in a circular motion
  3. After a few seconds, pour the egg mixture on the dosa and spread it all over the dosa with a spoon. Drizzle a tsp of oil around the dosa.
  4. When the corners start lifting up, flip it over to the other side and cook for a few seconds.
  5. Once the egg is cooked, remove the dosa from the tawa and sprinkle pepper powder generously. Enjoy piping hot egg dosa with tomato chutney
