Pav Bhaji Masala Recipe
Ingredients
- Black Cardamom - 2
- Coriander Seeds - 4Tbsp
- Cumin - 2Tbsp
Peppercorn - 4TspFennel Seeds - 3/4 TbspRed Chilli - 5- Cinnamon - 2inch
- Cloves - 6
- Amchur Powder - 1Tbsp
Method
- Heat the pan and add all the ingredients except amchur powder.
- Dry roast all the spices for 2 mins and switch off the flame
- And then add amchur powder to these hot spices to get that amchur's aroma.
- Cool it and blend the spices in mixie.
- Pav Bhaji masala is ready.
- Store it in a air tight container .We can use it for 6 months so keep it in refrigerator
