Pav Bhaji Masala Recipe

Ingredients
  • Black Cardamom - 2
  • Coriander Seeds - 4Tbsp
  • Cumin - 2Tbsp
  • Peppercorn - 4Tsp
  • Fennel Seeds - 3/4 Tbsp
  • Red Chilli - 5
  • Cinnamon - 2inch 
  • Cloves - 6
  • Amchur Powder - 1Tbsp
Method
  1. Heat the pan and add all the ingredients except amchur powder.
  2. Dry roast all the spices for 2 mins and switch off the flame
  3. And then add amchur powder to these hot spices to get that amchur's aroma.
  4. Cool it and blend the spices in mixie.
  5. Pav Bhaji masala is ready.
  6. Store it in a air tight container .We can use it for 6 months so keep it in refrigerator
