Dahi Aur Bhindi

ngredients
  • 1 Cup Bhindi
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 Cup Curd 
  • 2 Tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad Dal
  • 10-12 Curry Leaves
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, oil should be moderately hot, add a cup full of Bhindi 
  2. Fry for 2-3 mins and then turn off the heat and keep the bhindi aside.
  3. Pour some Ghee in the pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and green chillies.When the seeds cracks  add sliced onions and saute it till golden brown
  4. Now add  salt, , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
  5. Mix all the ingredients well and then add  bhindi ,fry it for 5 mins .
  6. And then add curd. Mix  it well and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Dahi bhindi is ready to serve with white rice or chapathi or rotti.
