Dahi Aur Bhindi

- 1 Cup Bhindi
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 Cup Curd
- 2 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1 tsp Urad Dal
- 10-12 Curry Leaves
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, oil should be moderately hot, add a cup full of Bhindi
- Fry for 2-3 mins and then turn off the heat and keep the bhindi aside.
- Pour some Ghee in the pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal, curry leaves and green chillies.When the seeds cracks add sliced onions and saute it till golden brown
- Now add salt, , turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.
- Mix all the ingredients well and then add bhindi ,fry it for 5 mins .
- And then add curd. Mix it well and cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Dahi bhindi is ready to serve with white rice or chapathi or rotti.
