Ingredients
- Green cardamom - 7
- Whole cloves - 4
- Star Anise - 1
- Peppercorns - 6
- Ginger - 2 inch
- Cinnamon - 2 inch
- Tea leaves - 2 Tbsp
- Sugar - 3 Tsp
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
Instructions
- Lightly crush cardamom, cloves, star anise and peppercorns, and place in a small pot with 1 cup of water.
- After 5 mins . Add ginger, cinnamon and black tea leaves.
- Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let seep 10 minutes.
- Add milk. Bring to a simmer once more, turn off the heat.
- strain into a glass and add sugar .
Healthy and tasty chai is ready.
