Masala Tea

Ingredients

  • Green cardamom - 7
  • Whole cloves - 4
  • Star Anise - 1
  • Peppercorns - 6
  • Ginger - 2 inch
  • Cinnamon - 2 inch
  • Tea leaves - 2 Tbsp
  • Sugar - 3 Tsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Water - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Lightly crush cardamom, cloves, star anise and peppercorns, and place in a small pot with 1 cup of water. 
  2. After 5 mins . Add ginger, cinnamon and black tea leaves. 
  3. Bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let seep 10 minutes.
  4. Add milk. Bring to a simmer once more, turn off the heat.
  5. strain into a glass and add sugar .
  6. Healthy and tasty chai is ready.
