Mutton Pepper Soup

 Ingredients

  • Mutton With Bones - 1/2 kg 
  • Tomato - 1 No
  • Oil - 1 Tbsp
  • Water - 3 Cups
  • Sliced Shallots - 10 No or  Big Onion - 2 No
  • Crushed Black Pepper Corns -2 Tsp
  • Cumin Powder - 1 Tsp
  • Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 Tsp
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - 2 Tbsp
  • Salt to Taste
Preparations
  1. Clean and wash the Mutton well and keep it aside,
  2. Slice the Onions and cut the Tomato into small pieces
  3. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add the mutton pieces into it and cook for 2 mins.
  4. After that add 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder, Sliced Onions, 1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and salt as per taste and cook for 1 min.
  5. After 1 min add the  chopped Tomato, 2 Tsp Crushed Pepper Corn, 1Tsp Cumin Powder and 1 Tbsp Coriander leaves and mix well.
  6. And then add 3 cups of water and cover with the lid and cook for 5 to 6 whistles in medium flame.
  7. After 5 or 6 whistles switch off the flame and wait for the pressure releases.
  8. Only open the lid after all the pressure released, and cook again for 10 mins in low flame without lid.
  9. If the mutton is cooked well then switch off the flame. Mutton soup is ready now.
  10. Garnish with 1 Tbsp Chopped Coriander and Serve hot (add salt and pepper  if  you need)
