Boondi Raita

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Curd
  • 1/2 cup Plain Salted Boondi
  • 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1/2 Tsp. Chaat Masala
  • 1/2 Tsp. Saunf Powder
  • 3/4 Tsp. Cumin powder 
  • 1/4 Tsp. Red chili powder 
  • 1/2 Tsp. Sugar 
  • Salt to taste 
Method
  1. Take warm water in a bowl. Then add boondi in warm water .
  2. Cover the bowl with the lid and allow them soaked for 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile whisk the curd in bowl till smooth,
  4. Drained the water from the soaked boondi,(Lightly press with your hands to squeeze excess water)
  5. Add the boondi to the whisked curd and mix.
  6. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
  7. Chill and serve this raita dish with practically anything. It tastes especially good with stuffed parathas as well as biryani and pulao.
