Boondi Raita
Ingredients
- 1 cup Curd
- 1/2 cup Plain Salted Boondi
- 1/2 cup Mint Leaves
- 1/2 Tsp. Chaat Masala
- 1/2 Tsp. Saunf Powder
- 3/4 Tsp. Cumin powder
- 1/4 Tsp. Red chili powder
- 1/2 Tsp. Sugar
- Salt to taste
Method
- Take warm water in a bowl. Then add boondi in warm water .
- Cover the bowl with the lid and allow them soaked for 10 min.
- Meanwhile whisk the curd in bowl till smooth,
- Drained the water from the soaked boondi,(Lightly press with your hands to squeeze excess water)
- Add the boondi to the whisked curd and mix.
- Add all other ingredients and mix well.
- Chill and serve this raita dish with practically anything. It tastes especially good with stuffed parathas as well as biryani and pulao.
