Spinach and Cheese Omlette


Ingredients

  • Eggs -2
  • Butter - 2 Tbsp
  • Chopped spinach -1/2 Cup
  • Chopped Tomatoes -1/3 Cup
  • Chopped Onion - 1/3 Cup
  • Salt - as need
  • Shredded Cheese -1/3 Cup
  • Black Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Preparation

  1. Take a small bowl and beat 2 eggs using egg beater or using spoon. Keep it aside
  2. Melt butter in Non stick pan over medium heat.
  3. First add onion and fry for 2 mins and then add tomatoes fry another 2 mins and then add spinach.
  4. Cook until spinach wilts for 3-4 mins .After that add egg mix with little bit salt
  5. Lift and Tilt the pan to evenly distribute egg mixture.
  6. As egg mixture starts to cook, gently lift edges of omelet with a spatula,and tilt pan so uncooked egg mixture flows underneath , cooking until almost set (about 1 minute). 
  7. Sprinkle omelet with cheese and pepper on top of the cooked omlette
  8. Fold omelet in half, allowing cheese to melt.
  9. Slide cooked omelet onto a serving plate.
  10. Serve with buttered toast and fresh fruit.
