Aloo Bonda
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 4
- Besan -2Cups
- Green Chillies -2
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Garam Masala - 1/4Tsp
- Cooking Soda - a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Oil for deep fry
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes and mash it properly.
- Add red chili powder, garam masala, chopped green chilies and to mashed potato.
- Make ball of mashed aloo mixture.
- Add water to besan and make a batter of medium consistency.
- Now add turmeric powder, cooking soda and salt to batter.
- Heat the oil in a pan,
- Dip each ball in the batter.
- Fry it in oil till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
