Aloo Bonda

Ingredients:
  • Potatoes - 4
  • Besan -2Cups
  • Green Chillies -2 
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 Tsp
  • Chilli Powder - 1/2 Tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1/4Tsp
  • Cooking Soda - a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes and mash it properly. 
  2. Add red chili powder, garam masala, chopped green chilies and  to mashed potato. 
  3. Make ball of mashed aloo mixture. 
  4. Add water to besan and make a batter of medium consistency. 
  5. Now add turmeric powder, cooking soda and salt to batter. 
  6. Heat the oil in a pan,
  7. Dip each ball in the batter. 
  8. Fry it in oil  till it turns golden brown. 
  9. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
