How to Make Ginger Garlic Paste and preserve

Ingredients

  • Ginger - 100 gram
  • Garlic - 100 grams   
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp (optional)
Method
  1. Wash ginger, pat it dry and peel the skin. Cut it into cubes.
  2. Peel garlic. Take equal quantities of ginger and garlic.
  3. Grind ginger and garlic with a little salt and a tablespoon of oil. (avoid adding water). You can add water if you will be using it within a few days.
  4. Transfer the paste to an air tight glass container or bottle and store it in the refrigerator or freezer section.
