Aloo Parotta
Ingredients
- Wheat flour - 2 cups
- Potatoes (boiled and mashed) - 3-4
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp.
- Garam masala - 1 tsp.
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Bread crumbs
- Fresh finely chopped coriander
Method
- Knead wheat flour like chapatti dough.
- Mix all the ingredients under 'filling'.
- Put the filling in a rolled out parotta, close the ends and roll again.
- Roast it on pan with little ghee/butter.
- Serve hot with yoghurt
