Beetroot Halwa
Ingredients
- Cardamom Powder
- Ghee - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Milk - 1 cup
- Beetroot (grated) - 1 cup
Preparation
- Pour ghee in pan. When it becomes hot, add the grated or grinded beetroot and saute for few minutes.
- Add the milk and sugar. Cook in medium flame till the halva leaves the sides of the pan.
- Garnish with cardamom powder.
