Beetroot Halwa

Ingredients
  • Cardamom Powder 
  • Ghee - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Beetroot (grated) - 1 cup
Preparation
  1. Pour ghee in pan.  When it becomes hot,  add the grated or grinded beetroot  and saute for few minutes. 
  2. Add the milk and sugar. Cook in medium flame  till the halva leaves the sides of the pan.   
  3. Garnish with cardamom powder.
